I am unable to stream local channels on the DTV app on either my phone or tablet. The local channels dont even show up on the guide when I click live tv streaming and click on phone. They do show up when i click on all.Also would like to know if streaming is at all possible when im not connected to my wifi network. Example, while travelling over the holiday weekend I tried to watch a program but got the message that I needed to be connected to the same network as my receiver. I know on the old app I could stream when I wasnt connected to my home wifi though my selection was limited I could still stream certain programs. I wouldnt call this DTV everywhere, more like DTV everywhere as long as you're home.
